What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am to allow for adequate time for clearning and preparation. We can accomodate an early check-in or late checkout where possible. Please ask.

Is the accommodation fully furnished?
Yes, the accomodation is fully furnished, including recliner leather sofas, bluetooth speakers, smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, airfryer, hob, oven, a large, tall fridge-freezer, and a washer-dryer for your convenience. We only use the best, premium mattress on our beds to ensure you get a super comfortable night.
Is the Wi-For Free?
Yes, complimentary high-speed wi-fi is included for the full duration of your stay.
Is free parking available for multiple vehicles?
Yes, the property offers free on-site parking facilities, directly outside the house. Free parking is also available on the nearby street if you have additional vehicles.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation with Bradford Stays?
For short-term stays of either under a week or weekly stays, we offer a full refund if cancellation is made 30 days before check-in. We will also offer a partial refund if the booking is cancelled 14 days before check-in.
For monthly stays we offer a full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 30 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, you are very welcome to bring along one well-behaved pet. We charge a £30 fee per stay to cover costs.
