What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10 am to allow for adequate time for clearning and preparation. However, we are fully flexible and can accomodate an early check-in or late checkout where possible. Just ask!

Yes, once you have a confirmed booking, we will provide you with the self-check in details.
Is the accommodation fully furnished?
Yes, all ours properties are fully furnished with modern,comfortable furniture throughout - including smart TVs, dining space, fully equipped kitchens with a microwave, airfryer, hob, oven, full-size fridge-freezer, and a washer-dryer for your convenience. We only use the best, high-quality mattresses on our beds to ensure you get a super comfortable night. Some of our properties also have recliner leather sofas and bluetooth speakers for maximum relaxation.
Is the Wi-Fi Free?
Yes, complimentary high-speed wi-fi is included for the full duration of your stay.
Is free parking available for multiple vehicles?
Yes, our properties offer free on-site parking facilities. Plenty of free parking is available on nearby streets if you have additional vehicles.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation with Bradford Stays?
We offer a full refund if cancellation is made 14 days before check-in. We offer a 50% refund if the booking is cancelled within 14 days of check-in.
For monthly stays we offer a full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 30 days before check-in.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, you are very welcome to bring along one well-behaved pet. We charge a small fee per stay to cover costs.
